After an initial meeting in early July 2009, the Rural Business Network has been set up jointly by DRN and the Devon Economic Partnership to share information about how the current economic situation is affecting rural businesses and available business support. The group will also work to identify any gaps in support provision.
The group will primarily share information virtually, via email and through the DRN website. Face to face meetings will be held at least every 6 months and people from other organisations will be invited to discuss specific issues.
